With a strong background in food, wine, and event planning, Sam creates engaging corporate events, incentive programs, and unique culinary experiences that bring people together through great wine, food, and hospitality.

Jax, is a certified Wine Sommelier through the International Sommelier Guild and a proud member of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers. She is passionate about sharing her love of wine, food, and travel, and is known for creating uniquely engaging wine tasting experiences.

Jax specializes in curated tastings, as well as corporate and charity events, delivering memorable experiences that educate, inspire, and entertain.
