Founder, Special Events Director
Samuel (Sam) Jonas has over a decade of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, including time with The Keg Steakhouse + Bar. With a strong background in food, wine, and event planning, Sam creates engaging corporate events, incentive programs, and unique culinary experiences that bring people together through great wine, food, and hospitality.
Michele Duval,
Food and Wine Expert
Ever since Michele was old enough to “stir the pot,” she has had a passion for cooking. That passion led her to earn a Hospitality degree, obtain Food Safety certifications, build a career with two of Canada’s top restaurants, and launch her own Personal Chef and Catering business.
One of Michele’s most influential culinary experiences came while working at Auberge du Pommier, part of the renowned Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality group. Her extensive wine knowledge includes professional wine service and the art of food and wine pairing, with a focus on varietal characteristics, flavour profiles, and creating complementary culinary experiences.

Kevin is a multi-talented Canadian Gemini Award winner whose dynamic background spans motivational speaking, event hosting, and food and beverage consulting. With years of experience engaging audiences and creating memorable experiences, Kevin brings energy, professionalism, and expertise to every event he leads.
